Reynaers Warehouse Expansion: Behind the Scenes Drone Footage
The warehouse extension will provide a range of benefits, to our customers, employees, and our ecological footprint, they include:
- Increasing our warehouse capacity to 95,000ft².
- Provide a 40% increase in stock holding capability, that boosts the bulk and pick face areas by 700 extra bays.
- Better efficiency and shorter lead times for commercial and domestic customers.
- Improved facilities such as rest rooms and canteen area, as well as a dedicated undercover loading and unloading area for our warehouse operatives.
- Cladding on the existing building was also replaced with 200mm thick mineral fibre panels, improving its thermal performance and reducing our carbon footprint.
Due to significant growth in the UK market, we embarked on an ambitious project to expand our UK headquarters.
A several million-pound investment saw the expansion of our warehouse, allowing us to optimise lead times for our premium aluminium windows, doors and curtain walls.

The project reached completion in June 2022, within 11 months, during the Covid-19 pandemic and UK-wide skills and material shortages.
We safely continued our normal business and warehouse operations throughout the project with minimal impact.
Our extension project was completed thanks to the commitment from our operations and warehouse team, contractors and the design team involved on the project.
