What is the GQA?

GQA Qualifications Limited is an independent awarding body for specialist sectors and occupational roles. Their current qualifications cover 17 sectors, including the Glass and Fenestration Industries.

What does it mean to be an Accredited Assessment Centre?

It allows Reynaers UK to deliver quality training courses accredited by the GQA. To deliver GQA qualifications, Assessors and Internal Quality Assurance staff must hold a relevant Assessor/IQA qualification and have a suitable occupational background and experience. 

 

To deliver GQA Accredited training, individuals must have experience of delivering training and have the correct occupational background and experience. Approved Centres are required to hold and work in accordance with a good number of policies and procedures linked to qualification ad or accredited training delivery, a list of the main policies can be supplied on request.

What GQA Accredited Courses does Reynaers currently offer?

R2: An Introduction To Curtain Walling (CW50)

Location: Reynaers Aluminium Ltd Knowledge Centre

Course Overview:


This theory-based course offers a comprehensive introduction to the Reynaers CW50 curtain walling system. Participants will explore key aspects of the system, including design, profile selection, fabrication, and installation. The course is enhanced with supportive samples, documentation, and photographic media to aid understanding.

Participants will complete an end-of-course competence test to assess their knowledge and earn the GQA qualification. 

 

Duration: 9:30 AM - Approximately 3:00 PM
