Ian Clayton
Interim Managing Director
Ian joined Reynaers Aluminium Ltd in 1999 as Finance Manager and worked his way up to Finance Director, managing the Accounts Team, Human Resources, and the IT team. Ian has a wealth of experience working as a strategic leader, having managed various departments over the years, which has led to his current role as Interim Managing Director.
John McComb
Technical Services Director
John joined Reynaers Aluminium Ltd in 1996 and has overall responsibility for the UK Technical Department. John has direct input into all UK Major Projects as well as overseeing all UK product developments, including testing, accreditations and the development of bespoke solutions.
Wayne Irvine
Sales Director
Wayne joined the Reynaers UK team in 2024 and now oversees both the Sales and Project Consult Teams. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, he has worked in Aluminium Fabrication, Installation and Aluminium System Companies at senior level, so he brings a broad scope of technical sales knowledge to the team.
Samantha Hill
Head of Marketing
Sam joined the Reynaers UK team in 2022 and heads up the Marketing Department. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, she has a broad range of expertise to bring to the team. In addition to driving the marketing function, she is also ‘Customer at the Heart’ champion, leading our initiative to ensure that customers are central to everything we do.
