Training

Reynaers Aluminium offers extensive training options, from basic introductions to on-demand expert sessions and from live classes to online programs. This way, we make sure every member of staff in your business is properly trained for their role within the organisation - from assembly line workers to calculation officers.

Need support in your production environment? We know that when it comes to production, time is always of the essence. Our technical support team is happy to help you out as fast as possible. Get in touch with our service engineers and they will determine the best way to help you out: whether it is a physical intervention, a video call or augmented reality for remote support.

Professional training and support

Courses Available

R1 - Basic awareness (Required prior to attending R2 – R7)

An overview of product catalogues, the online extranet and general system overview. Theoretical based training at Reynaers Knowledge Centre or the client premises.

 

R2 - Product Specific Awareness

Available for any product in the range. Theoretical based training at Reynaers Knowledge Centre or the client premises.

 

R3 - ReynaPro

Reynaers calculation software. Available to all Reynaers fabricators. Classroom style training based at Reynaers Knowledge Centre.

 

R4 - Fabrication (Reynaers Knowledge Centre / Recommended)

A practical fabrication training session held at Reynaers Knowledge Centre using Reynaers’ tooling and equipment. Based on using pre-made kits.

 

R5 - Fabrication (Client premises)

A practical fabrication training session held at the client premises using their own equipment and tooling.

 

R6 - Blue Box Training

Identifies common issues on site and how to avoid or manage them, intended for installers and end clients.

 

R7 - Site Visit

Quality assessment of installed products.
